Finished it in nearly 40 minutes, and became fascinated with the ingenuity and formality of Del Valle-Inclán’s writing. I’m planning to read more Spanish literature (especially the works of La Generación del ‘98, Generation of ‘98). This is my...

I've been listening to a lot of Black Metal...
… Not the creepy Norwegian black metal nor the satanistic first wave, but more experimental and atmospheric stuff.  BM is a genre with tons of potential despite its bad reputation. I guess I’ll record some with Mike.

I sent some weird questions last night
And you guys answered at least half of them.  Thank you. That’s awesome. Dialogue and exchange of opinions are valuable and not that reliable (but really interesting) forms of attaining knowledge.  Maybe I’ll send some more. Asking and answering questions outside the shallow realm of “are you single?” and “ass or boobs?” is really fun for me.

The Amateur Taxonomist
So, here I am, still bleeding a little. Trying to identify some bugs with my little brother. I have some taxonomy and cladistics knowledge, but I still can’t find the bug I’m looking for. It’s a really small one, about 5mm, really short front legs, and long (about two and a half times the front ones) back legs. Yellowish underbelly, cigar-shaped body with two long brown wings...

moledro
dictionaryofobscuresorrows: n. a feeling of resonant connection with an author or artist you’ll never meet, who may have lived centuries ago and thousands of miles away but can still get inside your head and leave behind morsels of their experience, like the little piles of stones left by hikers that mark a hidden path through unfamiliar territory.
